Unifi Switch 16 Poe 150w Fan Control

This is my initial plug in and setup of the ubiquiti unifi switch 16 150w model.

Now i have 3 identical switches sitting in my lab all with the exact same poe issues. Two sfp ports offer optical connectivity and 16 gigabit ethernet ports offer 802 3af at poe or 24v passive poe sharing a total of 150w poe. Additionally two sfp ports provide uplink and fiber connectivity options capable of delivering speeds of up to 1 gbps. Even if the device shows a temperature of 60 degree celsius.

Or do i have a faulty unit. Ubiquiti told me that they d replace the second 150w 16 port switch with a 24 port switch but mailed me another 16 port. This isn t a review of the unifi platform but it aims to answ. Is there a way to activate deactive the fans.
